I got some questions when I put up a couple of banners on this site about what the difference is between Team Builders and Pipe Hitters and who do I love more?

Ok, let me first define, in my opinion, the differences and the pluses of each.

Team Builder:

A team builder is someone who for their own reasons participates in a Team Building effort.  A team building effort occurs when someone takes it upon themselves to help others out while helping themselves out as well. Someone usually steps up to the plate and lets people know that they are going ot run a team build for some program or cause.  That person becomes the leader of the team build and they basically monitor all the optins to a program in order to place them in an appropriate order so everyone benefits from the team building efforts.

Team Builds are great for people who are no necessarily adept at generating leads or optins, or just need a little help or lick in the butt to get going, i.e. some cash coming their way to get them in the mood.  There are also advantages to the participants in a team build when they help to advertise it.  You get way more coverage and exposure when you have 10+ people advertising than you could with just 1 average person doing what they can to get the word out.

Pipe Hitter:

What I like to call a Pipe Hitter is someone who is adept at generating lead, driving traffic and getting signups into a program.  Some Pipe Hitters have lists of hundreds or thousands of people that they can contact and refer to a program or opportunity with the push of a button.  Pipe Hitters don’t necessarily need a kick in the pants to get their traffic flowing.  They just do it.  They get into a program and rock it.  Sometimes they may join a program at the highest level because they know they will receive money in excess of what they give.

The very nature of a Pipe Hitter lends them to be in a position to join at the highest levels as they usually have money needed to do this.  Pipe Hitters are driven by results and they get in and get paid or in this case they receive gifts at all levels of the programs they join.  In doing this they open another avenue for receiving money.

Who do I like better?:

Both!  Yeah that might sound like a chicken crap answer but it is true, I promise.

I like Pipe Hitters because they are generally experienced and don’t have to be helped too much and they get busy. When they get busy money comes my way so I like them a lot.

I also like Team Builders.  I was there, in fact, I am there right now. I participate in both aspects.  I like the team build aspect because I like helping people while at the same time receiving money.  I am a firm believer in the Law of Abundance and in Karma.  I believe as you help others develop it will pay dividend(not just monetarily) in the future, via friendships and partnerships.

I am currently in a Team Build with the Perfect Gift Plan Team Build and I also don’t turn down any Pipe Hitters that want to be a part of Perfect Gift Plan.  In fact I have built a site about the Perfect Gift Plan that I use to drive traffic to both avenues.

The Pluses: Anyone could afford to get into it.  It still has an appealing website of which you get a replicated one.  You are also able to buy “call backs” where someone who you pay will “close” your gift for you.

Best Plus: Slick @ss website! When it launched it was the best thing out and to this day it is still one of the best looking ones.

The Minuses: Same as the plus.  Anyone could afford to get in and did get in.  This was just too much work for such little return on your time.  You may be thinking I am crazy but it takes the same amount of time to open an overnight envelope with $5,000 in it as it does to open one with $100 or less in it.  Time spent with new gifter is also the same amount(if you give them support, which I do)

Lowest Low?: As above too much work dealing with people who really aren’t serious about using Abundance principles to improve thier lives.

The Wrap Up: ALS was once a program I could endorse, until I saw how many people were taking the cheap way to abundance. Not that there is anything wrong with starting small.  I found when given the chance most people would start at the lowest level to test the waters and that, im my opinion is no way to make drastic changes to improve your life incredibly.  ALS also made a change in their system where it went into 2 different options, to be honest this was about the time I moved on, or back to the best program out there and I haven’t followed ALS since.

In researching this activity, it’s important to keep in mind that there’s no book out there that tells you what is legal in our society, only what is not legal.

If you do your research online, you’re going to see there’s really nothing saying that cash gifting is illegal. Most of the time it’s people expressing their personal opinions, not facts. And after years of experience and thorough research, no one has been able to show me the law in black and white stating that giving a cash gift is illegal.

In fact, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. Many other countries participating in cash gifting also have very similar gifting laws.

In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it’s done according to the laws and codes of this country. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. “Click here” for this document.

In 2008 in the United States of America, the law states that one or more individuals can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $13,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.

I also found that most well organized Cash Gifting programs require each participant to use some form of a Gifting Statement and/or Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, become binding agreements between two private individuals. These forms are used, it’s said, to ensure the longevity and legality of a gifting program.

So giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or a stranger is legal according to IRS code. Again, there’s no specific nation-wide law that I’ve been able to find to say that cash gifting is not legal.

Now, that being said, it’s important to note that not all Cash Gifting programs may be legal in their structure. Certainly there are some that may not be. Unfortunately, there are still some “old school” Cash Gifting programs out there (mostly offline) that weren’t structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure.

Consequently, many of these types of mostly offline programs in the past were closed by the feds because of this illegal “ever-widening base” pyramid structure and gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation.

However, in recent years, things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other structure in the World.

No investments or business transactions are involved with cash gifting.  Cash gifting does not entail particular businesses or companies and there are no shareholders, officers, directors or principals involved with cash gifting.  The process of cash gifting is labeled a cash gift because it is literally a gift of cash.

The foundation of cash gifting is more times than not confused with greed.  Over time, many opinions have been formed about cash gifting referencing how legitimate cash gifting is as well as the means which cash gifting generates cash.  I will admit that cash gifting is not for everyone.  Cash gifting is aiding your fellow man or woman through giving while being recognized and rewarded for your participation in the cash gifting process.

Cash gifting can bring about great financial gains universally.  Receiving cash gifts can undoubtedly change a person’s life.  There are many misconceptions about cash gifting but statistically speaking, cash gifting is responsible for approximately sixty percent of monies generated with home-based opportunities.

I would now like to touch on the issue of the legality of cash gifting.  The law plainly states that one or more people can give gifts to other people up to twelve thousand dollars annually without being charged tax.  This applies to the receiver of the cash gift or the sender.  These cash gifts unbelievably are not included into the gross annual income of the receiver of the cash gift because the tax on the cash gift has already been paid.

The gifting rules within the United States can be found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, and Section 2501-2505 and 2511.  Both Canadian and American citizens have the right to gift their properties, cash and other assets.

A legitimate cash gifting program will utilize a Non-Solicitation form and a Gifting Statement which upon being signed will become binding agreements between the sender and receiver of the cash gift.  These forms must be utilized when dealing with legitimate cash gifting programs.

Do not think that there is primarily one person within the cash gifting program who is largely benefiting from everyone.  A good example of a legitimate cash gifting program is that if you start today, you can easily generate money from someone who has been in the cash gifting program a year.  This is not a pyramid scheme.

At one time or another you have probably run across one cash gifting program or another and probably all of the various stories associated with cash gifting programs.  A lot of uninformed people out there are out there saying that cash gifting programs are illegal or against IRS regulations.

Lets talk about Cash Gifitng being illegal.  There are no laws that specifically stat,”cash gifting is illegal.”  there are IRS rules that are to be followed or you will end up having ot pay taxes on money given or recieved.  I wont even get into the constitutionality of laws or rules against people giving money to other people willingly.

Most of what people interpet as laws agains cash gifting are rules or laws that are in place to protect people from pyramid schemes or other scams.  Properly done, cash gifting is not a scheme or a scam.

Next we are going to address cash gifting being thought of as a pyramid scam.  this could be the biggest myth against anything conducted online or offline.  This is really a sign of ignorance 90 percent of the time.  People who are not educated about cash gifting and online businesses tend to immediately scream pyramid scheme or scam.

When people take an honest educated look at cash gifting when it is properly conducted, there is very little debate on the fact that it is NOT a pyramid scheme.  the bottom line is do your homework and educate yourself on cash gifting.

Next up.  Cash gifting doesn’t work.  Cash gifting is a method not a business.  Properly structured cash gifting programs do work.  Badly conceived ones can fail and are generally using “cash gifting” to cover for something that is really a scheme.

Finally, the notion that properly structured cash gifting programs are doomed to collapse.  properly run cash gifting programs do not collapse as there are no factors that can collapse them.  Usually there are many people out there that are willing to help you learn how to attract people into a cash gifting program and start receiving hundreds or thousands of dollars a day.

On the real final note is what cash gifting can do for you.  There is no promise of performance or how much cash you are going to receive if any at all.  Having said that properly implemented cash gifting has brought people thousands of dollars monthly or even daily in some rare cases.

There isn’t too many things I can think of that are more exciting than opening a package that contains hundreds or thousands of dollars and having the ability use that money to pay bills or even to re-gift it to someone that really needs help.

Do your research and find a program to get in and put some effort into your new cash gifting life and watch how fast your life can change.
